Ja-Nai #vintage 2016, light-bodied, 11.5 ABV. 👀 looks can be deceptive. Deep Rustic/Garnet color, thin and splashing.
With the typical poulsard aroma, fresh raspberries, cranberries, cherry and hint of dragon fruit. Classic french oak and deep earthy fragrance. 🌱🌎
Also called the rare summer red wine, this one amazing when served chill. Red in color but good characteristics of whites as well. Fine age has made the tannins softer and super smooth. High on acidity and and dry enough to make you feel mature.
This one goes with pretty much everything coz it has good red features with high acidity. But try it with pork stew and turkey. Also, fatty lamb 🥩and mushrooms 🍄to enjoy the most.
