Wine Review – Chateau De Montgueret Rose 2018

French Rosè it is !!!🍷

The vintage 2018 chateau de montgueret rose d’anjou is for knocking summers. Low-bodied Salmon pink gets a little rose gold mixed into it for the looks. The bottle shape and the color of the life in it call for a summer beach afternoon.
Not deviating much from the looks, the aroma of fresh and tropical red juicy fruits like cherry 🍒, strawberries 🍓 , and raspberry. The freshness of acid dominant peach 🍐and granny smiths yet super musky melon touch. No place for darkness here.

Decanting gives a kick of a low-vinegar-like acidity and the sip refreshes every taste bud. Semi-to-off dry(yes a little sweet kinda) with medium-high acidity, this one is a sweetie, tangy and sharp. Low tannins with transient finish let you have a new kick and fun with every sip.

Can’t recommend enough to go for a contrasting pairing with something hot/chilly based. Hot and chilly garlic prawns 🍤, noodles 🍝or maybe fatty and creamy dressing salad. 🥗
